Our family run business has grown since its inception in 1986 to what it is today, a testament to our first class customer service. In order to maintain this standard I need reliable people around me which is where Universal Turbos come in. They are my first port of call for any turbo problems. The service I get is second to none. Despite the geographical distance between us we receive units by the next working day. The recon units are fantastic quality and carry a 12 month guarantee . If supplying a new unit the price from Universal is far less than the dealership networks. On the rare occasion that I have had a problem (twice in the last 5 years!) it has been resolved quickly and easily, with Universal Turbos recognising our need to maintain our good customer service. Moving forward I hope I won’t need their services but if I do I know I only need to pick up the telephone.
